A kid patrolling the outfield made a major league-level catch last night during the home-run contest at the All-Star Game in Phoenix.
Maybe that kid will someday make a catch like this one by Houstonian Carl Crawford, back when he was with the Tampa Bay Rays for the 2009 All-Star Game at Busch Stadium in St. Louis. (Note: The catch comes toward the end of this MLB.com video.)
Crawford also was named MVP of the 2009 game and said his biggest thrill at an All-Star was meeting President Obama.
